Highlights and Discounts
It’s going to be a great week at the Comedy Clubhouse, because we have SO many visitors coming through! I love getting the chance to see comedians from different places right here in BCN. It’s great to hear some fresh jokes and new perspectives, and we’ll certainly get a lot of that this week! Keep reading for some discounts!!
Our lineup for Friday Night Live is absolutely killer, stacked with visiting comedians and hosted by the amazing Kyla Cobbler! Catch sets from NYC comics Daniela Mora and Tommy Bayer, Colorado comedian Luke Gaston, Germany-based Erin Crouch, and Murahd Shawki from California. Plus, one of our local superstars who is back from touring the US, Marnie Manning! This banger of a show will most definitely sell out, but we want to get our regulars in first. So, we have EARLY BIRD TICKETS up til tomorrow night. Grab one now or risk missing this once-in-a-lifetime show!
If you love seeing visiting comedians as much as I do, but you still wanna support our hometown heroes, we’ve got the perfect show! Our new Versus show had a great launch show with single and taken comedians. This weekend, we’re doing “Home vs. Away”, where 3 of our best local acts will perform with 3 of the amazing visitors we have in town. As the audience, you’ll decide which team was funnier, and who will walk away with the bigger tip! Our home team (Michelle Ahern, Lluis Vendrell, and Irene Meneguzzi) will go up against Murahd Shawki, Tommy Bayer, and Daniela Mora, and the host will be Jordan Thomas Gray, who recently relocated here from Poland. Who do you think will win? Buy your tickets for the team you support to start the competition. And you know what? You get 2×1 tickets because you’re in this group! Just use the code HOMEVSAWAY on our website!
We’ll also have Murahd and Tommy go up against Olga Camacho and Kay Joy at Drink Drank Drunk this weekend. DDD is what happens when a classic debate tournament gets taken over by comedians and drenched in alcohol. Come support our local acts and see some new faces on the Clubhouse stage!

Special Shows This Week
🪿 The hosts of our Fat Goose open mic, Darren Cullen and Ewan May, are doing a split hour of stand up comedy called Fat Goose Goes Halves. They’re bringing it to Edinburgh this summer, so come check out one of their last previews before heading to the biggest comedy festival in the world!
⚫️ Visiting us from Dubai, we have Sadiq Saboowala doing his critically-acclaimed hour. Celebrated for its smart, side-splitting comedy, “Dark Times” has captivated audiences with its relatable and reflective look at life’s absurdities. Sadiq’s charm and wit make the darker aspects of life not only bearable but hilariously enjoyable, connecting with fans across the board.
🆚 Versus is a comedy show where 2 teams of comedians compete for the audience’s love and laughter, and this week we’re doing “Home vs. Away”! We’ll have 3 BCN-based comedians perform with 3 killer visiting acts, and you’ll decide who did better. Representing the Home team we have Michelle Ahern, Lluis Vendrell, and Irene Meneguzzi. They’ll face the Away team of Tommy Bayer, Daniela Mora, and Murahd Shawki. To keep the hosting somewhat neutral, we have Jordan Thomas Gray, an American comedian who recently moved to BCN from sunny Poland. Get 2×1 tickets with the code HOMEVSAWAY
🥃 Drink Drank Drunk is BACK with another banger. Don’t miss the show that’s part drinking game, part comedy show, part debate tournament, and ALL laughter and chaos. Hosted by Luke Messina and judged by Hannah Becker and Chris Groves, watch as comedians (Murahd Shawki, Olga Camacho, Tommy Bayer, and Kay Joy) debate various topics after taking way too many shots. It’s hilarious, rowdy, and tons of interactive fun! Plus, free shots for the audience!!!
☕️ The early birds get the worm, and the free pancakes! Coffee Con Comedy is our daytime talk show hosted by Vem & Vos, featuring stand up performances, interviews, and other fun games and shenanigans. Your ticket includes free pancakes and coffee!
🎤 Michelle Ahern is bringing her WIP hour back to the Clubhouse for a special late-night edition where she’ll be working out some of the darker, naughtier bits of the show before she brings it to Edinburgh in August. “We’ve Had A Good Run” is a heartfelt and hilarious story of how Michelle went from a wife and stepmom in Australia to a single budding comedian in Barcelona. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and there will be puppets.
🥖 For French speakers, we’ve got our monthly open mic hosted by Bart Obenda, and featuring French-speaking comedians from our local scene!
