This Is Fine is the new stand-up show from German comedian Daniel Lukas. After touring Ireland with his debut show The Only Funny German, Daniel returns with a relentlessly optimistic look at geopolitics, internet culture, history and the general absurdity of the modern world. He has built an audience of over 150,000 followers and generated more than 20 million views online.
Expect sharp stand-up, dark observations and aggressive, sarcastic optimism about a world that seems determined to keep getting stranger. Daniel has opened for Chris Kent and Gearóid Farrelly, appeared on The State of Craic and performed with some of the biggest names in Irish and UK comedy. Somehow, despite everything, he still thinks things might be fine.
For anyone who looks at the news, the internet or modern life and wonders what exactly is going on. Come alone, bring a date or drag your friends along. Things might be terrible, but at least we can laugh about it.
