The Rumpus Room
Our original, classic comedy room at Canvis Nous
The Rumpus Room, the rowdy room, the raucous room. Located on the lower level of Canvis Nous, this room is where raw comedy in its purest form is born and bred.
In this cosy, 70-seater room, the audience and comedian get the chance to connect and engage closely, creating a lively, high-energy atmosphere perfect for hosting our weekend showcases that charm fans and performers alike.

The Alcove
A flexible stage for mics, music, & more at Laietana
You can think of this versatile stage as the jack of all trades. Located upstairs at Via Laietana, The Alcove is the perfect space for stress-free fun of all sorts; good for the heart, soul, and budget. It’s where we host all of our free open mics and jam sessions – a low-pressure performance space that allows art to breathe, creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can eat, drink, be merry, and sing your heart out.
From comedy shows and concerts to karaoke and pub quizzes, this is the place to connect with other members of the creative community in the audience and onstage.

The Lounge
Pro-comics in a polished comedy setting at Laietana
For the ultimate comedy experience, there’s no better place for audience or performers than The Lounge. This 80-seater room, located downstairs at Laietana, is where the cream of the crop of comedy grace the stage in giggle excellence. Here, we respect comedy as a craft, so only the best of the best in Barcelona and beyond get the privilege to perform, whether at a comedy showcase or a professional concert. You can see local and international acts like Michelle Wolf and Russell Howard perform for between 15 and 25 euros, and stick around for a bite to eat after the show.

The bar is always an hour before showtime, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show to get settled, grab a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere before the performance begins.

The food is 20 out of 10, the chicken is top quality soul food. Try the burgers, fries and the Mac and Cheese, all worth the visit.
They get some great musicians and Comedians for shows as well. Great place for a night out, a lot of lovely comedians hang out there, the atmosphere is special.
